Kang Daniel debuted as the center of a popular group Wanna One in 2017 after winning on survival show ‘Produce 101’. He garnered the nickname ‘National Idol’ as he was voted as the champion of the show by the whole nation. He has been ranked 1st on <Idol Chart> since debut and remains on the chart for 69 consecutive weeks. He was recognized for his brand recognition and marketing power, having topped both 'Male Model Brand Power Ranking' and 'Individual Boy Group Members Brand Power Ranking', published by the Korean Corporate Reputation Research Institute. 3. When is the SEND-OFF PARTY?
- Selected lucky winners will be asked to proceed to a designated area at the event venue to bid their goodbye to Kang Daniel after the event.

4. When can I collect the signed posters?

- The list of winners will be posted on @UnusualEntertainment Facebook page, within 1 week to the event date. We will be announcing the winners based on the seat number.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the difference between booking online and buying the tickets at the Box Office and SingPost outlets?
- There will not be any difference. Both online and physical booking will be sharing the same ticketing system.

2. Is there priority sale for any telcos or credit card?
- No

3. What time does ticketing starts?
- General Sales: 27 July 2019 (Sat), 10am onwards (Singapore time).

4. Do booking online, phone booking and offline booking through Singapore Indoor Stadium Box Office, The Star Performing Arts Centre Box Office, Scotts Square and SingPost outlets all start at the same time?
- All booking channels will commence sales at 10am sharp on 27 July 2019 (Sat). Please note that different Singpost outlets have different operation hours, so please remember to check the operating hours for the specific branch that you are intending to purchase your tickets at before making your way there.

5. Which booking option is faster?
- We are not able to advise as there are too many variables (such as internet speed, etc.) pertaining to this.

6. Does Sports Hub Tix accept foreign credit/debit card for ticket payment?
- Yes. VISA, MasterCard, JCB and AMEX are all accepted via all booking channels.

7. What if I have no credit card? Can I pay by other methods?
- Sports Hub Tix accepts debit card. Cash and NETS are acceptable at the Singapore Indoor Stadium Box Office, The Star Performing Arts Centre Box Office, Scotts Square and SingPost outlets.

8. For foreigner fans, how can we get our tickets?
- Foreign credit/debit cards are accepted for online booking and you may opt for the Print-At-Home (PAH) tickets, which will be sent to your registered email address. Alternatively, if you have chosen to collect your tickets at the venue, you can collect your tickets at the Singapore Indoor Stadium’s ticketing counter on event day itself.

9. What methods of delivery can I select and what do they cost?
- Print-At-Home (PAH) is free of charge. Immediate delivery of your tickets to your email address for you to print at home.
- Mail is $1.50 per order to Singapore addresses only.
- Venue collection is at $1.50 per order. Tickets can be collected from the ticketing counter at Singapore Indoor Stadium on the day of the event. If you wish to collect your tickets earlier, you may do so at Sports Hub Tix box office located at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
- Registered mail is $3 per order.
- Courier is $15 per order. As tickets will be delivered during office hours, please ensure you provide a daytime address where someone is available to sign for the delivery.

10. I selected “Venue Collection” as my delivery method. How do I collect my tickets?
- You may collect the tickets from the ticketing booth at Singapore Indoor Stadium on the day of the event. Please bring along your credit card used for the transaction along with a photo ID that matches the name of your credit card and your booking confirmation number for the collection.

11. Can I authorize another person to collect the ticket on my behalf?
- Yes, you can. However, you will need to present a completed authorization letter, a photocopy of credit card holder’s ID, a photocopy of both sides of the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

12. Can I change my tickets from Print-At-Home to physical tickets?
- Yes, you can do so. For more information, kindly contact Sports Hub Tix at +65 3158 7888

13. Are the ticket prices in SGD or USD?
- SGD.

14. How much is the ticket Booking Fee?
- $4 per ticket.

15. Can I choose my seats?
- You are able to select your preferred category and section (subject to availability). Seats will be assigned by the ticketing system based on best available.

16. What happen if my preferred seat is not available?
- If your preferred seat is not available at the time of your purchase, the ticketing system will automatically allocate you the best available seat in the same price. If all the seat in the same price category is not available, the ticketing system will assign you the best available seat in the next price category.

17. What is the first row or first seat number of each block/row?
- We are unable to advise as different blocks have different configuration.

18. Are all price categories seated?
- Yes. All price categories are all numbered seating.

19. Is there an age limit for entry?
- Yes. No admission for children below 3 years old.

20. How many tickets can one buy in a transaction?
- Maximum 6 tickets per transaction. Please make sure you complete the transaction within the time frame. Register your account now to ensure a smooth process when you are booking your tickets later.

21. Is there elsewhere I can purchase cheaper tickets?
- We would like to caution members of the public against purchasing tickets from unauthorized sellers or third-party websites. By purchasing tickets through these non-authorized points of sale, buyers take on the risk that the validity of the tickets cannot be guaranteed, with no refunds possible. The organizer shall not bear responsibility of the loss.

22. Will there be merchandise for this event?

Admission Policy

1. Admission to show/venue by full ticket only. Printed tickets must be produced for admission.

2. Infants in arms and children under 3 years old will not be admitted into the performance venue.

3. Adults and children 3 years old and above will each require a ticket for admission.

4. Strictly no photography, audio and/or video recording.

5. STRICTLY no social media streaming.

6. Selfie sticks, professional cameras, video recorders, digital cameras, GoPros, action cameras, tablets, iPads, Polaroid cameras and all other recording devices are not allowed into the venue.

7. No outside food and beverage is allowed into the venue.

Exchange And Refund Policy

1. The Organiser/Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the Event by others.

2. Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and release the promoters, performers, sponsors, ticket outlets, venues and their employees from any liability thereafter.

3. The resale of ticket(s) at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited.

4. There is no refund, exchange, upgrade or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold.
